Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information BETdatOS ("we", "us", "our") collects from operators ("you") who use BETdatOS, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. BETdatOS is operator-to-operator infrastructure; we do not interact with your players directly and we do not collect their personal information.
1. What we collect
We collect the following categories of information from operators:
- Account information — the email address and business name you provide at signup, plus any business contact details you give us.
- Authentication — magic-link sign-in tokens we send to your email so you can access your account. These tokens are short-lived and not stored after use.
- Dashboard activity logs — the actions you take inside the operator dashboard (pages visited, features used, timestamps) so we can operate the Service and investigate issues.
- Billing data — handled by our third-party payments processor; we receive enough to confirm the charge and reconcile against your account. We do not see or store your full card details.
2. How we use it
We use the information described above to:
- Provision and maintain your BETdatOS account.
- Operate, secure, and improve the product, including aggregate product analytics that do not identify you personally.
- Process billing and reconcile payments.
- Respond to support requests and communicate Service-level announcements.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell your information to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We do not collect or store personally identifiable information about your players. Your players are your customers and your responsibility under our Terms of Service; their data flows between you and your own systems, not through BETdatOS.
4. Data handling and retention
Operator data is stored on a hosted PostgreSQL database (Neon) with managed backups. We retain your account data for the lifetime of your BETdatOS account plus 30 days after closure, after which it is deleted from active systems; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to legal@betdatos.com. We will confirm completion of the deletion within 30 days.
