Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BETdatOS ("the Service"), a wager-matching and settlement infrastructure platform operated by BETdatOS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you ("the Operator", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Operator obligations

You represent and warrant that:

You are a duly licensed sportsbook (or operate on behalf of one) in every jurisdiction in which you accept or settle wagers through the Service.
You remain solely responsible for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance for your own players, including identity verification, sanctions screening, and reporting obligations.
You are solely liable for the legality of every wager offered, accepted, or settled using BETdatOS in your jurisdiction and at your venue. BETdatOS does not adjudicate legality and does not represent that any particular wager is permitted where you operate.

2. Wager rules and counterparty role

BETdatOS is operator tooling: matching and settlement infrastructure between operators. BETdatOS is not a counterparty to any wager and does not hold, accept, or risk player funds on its own behalf.

You set the wager rules — pricing, limits, markets, eligibility, voiding policies — and BETdatOS executes them on your behalf in accordance with those rules. You retain responsibility for accuracy, posting of rules to your players, and adjudication of player disputes.

3. Data handling

BETdatOS collects and processes information necessary to operate the Service. For details on what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it, see our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Liability disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of matched wagers or settlement outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BETdatOS's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to BETdatOS in the trailing twelve (12) months. In no event shall BETdatOS be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
